We use the information obtained when you contact us through the “Contact Us” link to process and respond to your suggestion or customer service request. We also will use this information to improve our products and services. In accordance with our Site Terms and Conditions, we also reserve the right to use your name and comments in promotional material for Durango.
In addition, if you submit your email address information and leave the box checked for the Durango Boots Newsletter when contacting us through the Contact Us link, Durango will retain the name and email address submitted by you for purposes of sending you periodic promotional emails relating to product information, coupons, and discounts offered by Rocky Brands and its wholly owned subsidiaries. All such promotional emails will contain an opt-out option whereby the recipient can choose to opt out of receiving all such future emails to the recipient email address. Durango will not sell or otherwise share your name and email information to third parties.
Internet Protocol Address and Aggregate Information. We use this information to improve our Site based upon usage patterns derived from this information. 8. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
At the time you place your order, we will preauthorize your credit card. The credit card will not be charged for the full amount of the order until the time of shipment. If items are out of stock for over 21 days, your credit card will be reauthorized and a notfication email will be sent. Rocky Brands accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to rpovide your exact name and billing address. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
